Wayne Washington -Race Baiter

this is the letter i emailed to wayne washington regarding his article published Christmas Day in The State:

http://www.thestate.com/2010/12/25/1619349/white-men-get-coveted-jobs.html

I couldn't help but notice your "race-baiting" article, really classy that you write this for publication on Christmas day. When are you going to write an article chronicling the disporportionate numbers of blacks involved in gang activity, murder, violent crime, drug abuse and homlessness and how it is the "honkies" fault? Dude, we white people see right thru that ruse and all my black friends would rather listen to the radio than read a newspaper. If you want to get your message of hate out, get on the radio to find your audience. As it stands, you are playing to the wrong audience and you come off as a two-bit Al Sharpton. Now for the truth......the black guys at work just love me to death, they call me the "blackest white man at the plant". Why? Because I treat them as equals, cut up with them and speak fluent jive, if you will. I never berate them, ask their opinions and honestly love each and every one of them. My observation is that the black man is more concerned with labes than the white man. The funny part is the look of shock on their faces when I tell them I attend TEA party events, some now have nothing to do with me because they think that I am a "racist" for attending TEA party rallies. How do you explain that? Prior to knowing that, they loved me. Now, because of a "label" these guys hate me. Please do explain......Please write a column explaining that to your readers.

looney lefties

Once again, I read thru comments at The State and my blood pressure rises to new heights. I'm so sick of these perpetual whining machines. One guy was saying that it is wrong to call them "tax cuts" when it is an extension of the current tax rates and makes the valid point of "being responsible spenders of our tax dollars" and he is immediately attacked by the left, saying "well, what do YOU propose mister? are YOU smart enough to come up with good ideas?" and then derided him about "cutting defense spending" as his identity was Go_Navy. Each of these liberal do-gooders ought to be asked right back..."what are your ideas, and why are they superior to mine?" I cannot, I have been banned from posting there for posting a hyperlink to youtube....the Glenn Beck show episode right after the midterms. no warning, nothing but freakin' cowardly "take my ball and go home" type of attitude. I DETEST ANYONE ON THE LEFT! You are a bunch of cowardly, anti-American traitors and each and every one of you should suffer and wallow in your sad, pathetic self-aggrandizing lives. I hope the new year finds much ill ease and no welfare for you. bitches.

Liberal Derangement Syndrome

Cripes 'a mighty......what the hell is wrong with liberals? Have they no moral compass? Some argue that they are abiding the Saul Alinsky tactic of "make your opponent live up to their standards" which, of course, does not apply to them. By having no morals, no ethical code for conduct they are able to deflect any perverse behavior as "apolitical". I am no Bible-thumper, don't live all aspects of my life according to some evangelists but I do believe that Jesus died for our sins, and that God our Father sent his Son into the world as the ultimate sacrifice and awesome display of love. The Bible and the Christian way, therefore, is one of self-sacrifice and love.....I do pray for those who seem lost and undone that they will learn that Jesus died for our sins so that we may have life everlasting. Knowing that the majority of liberals would never stoop to such lowly behavior as to acknowledge a more supreme being than themselves saddens me because they will live eternally in a lake of fire, a pit of despair and darkness of souls lost and undone.
I include a link to illustrate some of the despicable behavior, and leave you with the thought of my good friend who shall remain nameless simply because I wish him and his wife no harm, but I know about you guys swinging and the bisexuality, and it pains me to no end. Shame on both of you, and double shame on the fact that you are so vocal about the extension of the Bush-era tax cuts when you NEVER paid taxes on your small-business!

You know what pisses me off? The lies told about Sarah Palin and the acceptance of those lies as fact amongst the populace. The fact that lies are so commonplace now disturbs me. My wife subscribes to this mentality and it is bugging me to the point of reconsidering our relationship. What is wrong with America? Why is it just fine and dandy to lie your ass off about folks on the right yet the left gets a pass? Part of it stems from midterm elections....the left is desparate as they have seen 2012: The Prequel this past November and it has them scared to death.....my wife included. She will not admit it but she is a typical beaurocratic sycophant, to the point of performing the Kathleen Sebilius sneeze technique with aplomb. It pains me that she has no public stance other than to be a coward and run from such. I've lost my cowardice, now I stand for something.

Victor Davis Hansen-Obama's Glass House

I had to cut and paste this excellent piece by VDH!

September 22, 2010 4:00 A.M.

Obama’s Glass House
America’s discontent may stem in part from suspecting that the administration thinks we’re stupid, fearful, cowardly racists.

Preachers and professors have it hard as presidents. They sermonize too much. Finally the public gets tired of being lectured by those whom they increasingly see as no more upright than themselves. Prophets crumble from feet of clay, and stones shatter glass houses. So it was with Woodrow Wilson and Jimmy Carter, and so it is now with Barack Obama.

The Obama administration is throwing stones at a lot of people — John Boehner, Republicans, tea-partiers, Fox News, Glenn Beck, doctors, insurers, Wall Street, and business in general.

Such invective invites a response, and here the White House is becoming as fragile as glass. We saw that recently in the presidential petulance at supposedly being talked about “like a dog,” and in a touchy press secretary Robert Gibbs unloading at everyone from Rush Limbaugh to Forbes magazine.

Last February, Attorney General Eric Holder, self-appointed racial philosopher as well as the nation’s chief law-enforcement officer, lectured his fellow Americans: “In things racial, we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards.” Professor Holder went on to complain that “certain subjects are off limits and that to explore them risks at best embarrassment and at worst the questioning of one’s character.”

Fair enough: Most Americans would be willing to engage Holder in his desired racial seminar — if it were two-sided, and did not devolve into something like the imbroglio over Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates. Before even hearing the facts of that case, remember, the president of the United States, as arbiter of racial relations on campus as well as commander-in-chief, rushed to condemn the Cambridge police for acting “stupidly” and then accused law-enforcement officers in general of racial stereotyping.

In contrast, did Eric Holder’s proposed conversation include questions of welfare dependency, anti-social cultural messages, or lack of personal responsibility — in addition to racism — to explain much higher than average rates of illegitimacy, illiteracy, failure to graduate from high school, and criminal behavior among some minority groups?

So far, Holder himself has never dared to raise such “off-limits” controversial issues. Yet in the case of the Arizona immigration statute, the attorney general was hardly so reluctant. He lambasted the legislation as “unfortunate,” possibly unconstitutional, and leading to racial stereotyping — all before he had even read the law. Cowardly?

Recently, Michelle Obama advised Americans to eat better foods to combat the national epidemic of obesity. She envisions using government power to teach restaurants how to restructure their menus, and helping targeted communities with federal money to improve their collective diets.

Fair enough once more: As a nation we are probably too fat, and First Ladies often seek to better the American condition. But as in the Holder case, does the First Lady, as first professor and preacher, really wish to lecture the American people on their personal sins and to follow that up with federal programs and expenditures? If the issue is to promote better health by using the bully pulpit of the First Family in symbolic fashion, then Michelle Obama might first more quietly start at home with her errant husband.

The presidential role model is secretively a chain smoker — a habit that promotes both heart disease and cancer, and kills millions of Americans each year. At almost every photo op, President Obama is enjoying hot dogs, ice cream, and beer. The president deserves a private life, and his smoking and consumption of fatty foods are his business alone — unless his spouse is suggesting simultaneously that the rest of us must not only avoid such behavior, but seek to fund and institutionalize its antithesis. A voter might well respond to the First Lady’s lectures on diet with something like, “First convince the first husband to stop smoking and to eat better, and then I’ll listen to your advice about my own diet.” Otherwise one might conclude that smoking can keep down weight as effectively as restricting one’s diet can. Such are the wages of a White House of “Do as I say, not as I do.”
We saw more of this disconnect between sermons and behavior when the president lectured us that in rough times we all had to cut back: “Everybody’s going to have to give. Everybody’s going to have to have some skin in the game.” Apparently that did not mean giving up one’s vacation at Martha’s Vineyard or the Costa del Sol. Lectures have consequences.

Businesses and banks are increasingly criticized for not hiring and lending while they’re sitting on trillions of dollars in cash. Both charges — made by the administration and the unions — are true. But does greed and self-interest alone explain these organizations’ reluctance to spread their wealth to others?

Maybe private companies were stung by the Obama administration’s reordering of the creditors in the Chrysler bankruptcy case. Or maybe their hesitancy derives from the serial anti-business references during the Gulf oil-spill disaster, such as the ones about putting a boot on BP’s neck and forcing it to cough up $20 billion in clean-up costs. Or maybe it has something to do with the stereotyping of insurers and doctors as greedy. Or with the refrain about suspect earners who make over $250,000, and who thus owe the rest of us higher income taxes and health-care surcharges.

Again, our average voter might respond, “If you want a two-way conversation on recovery, why not question the unions’ anti-democratic tendencies, haphazard productivity, and inflexibility, or the tax avoidance of allies like Charles Rangel, Chris Dodd, Maxine Waters, and dozens of White House staffers, or the mismanagement of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the wasted stimulus, or the new bureaucratic empires that can only hamper commerce?”

Then we come to radical Islam. The president weighed in repeatedly on the so-called Ground Zero mosque. Here too he wishes to use the symbolic prestige of his office to offer a teachable moment about a local controversy. But to play sermonizer-in-chief requires at least appearing fair-minded.

At various times, the president misrepresented the disagreement as one of legality rather than of taste and common decency. Obama finally implied that his illiberal opponents were lashing out at Islam because of rough economic times — reminiscent of his earlier psychoanalyzing of rural Pennsylvanians who voted against him in the primaries supposedly out of fear of immigrants and those “not like them” rather than because of opposition to the policies he was promising to implement.

When Mr. Abdulmutallab tried to blow up a Detroit-bound airliner, we first heard that he had “allegedly” done so — the same sort of tentativeness we witnessed in the president’s first interview with Al Arabiya. There he suggested that American problems with Islam were due in part to past American policies and presidents. In the Cairo speech, one would have thought Córdoba — a Western city conquered by invading Muslims — was a modern-day Amsterdam rather than a typical medieval city in which the dominant religion forced other faiths to pay obeisance.

So an enlightened president likes to lecture less-informed Americans that Muslims are not more likely than other people to promote, or be silent about, radical Islamic terror. Again, fair enough.

But is he as worried about the reality that, of the 31 major foiled terrorist attacks against the United States since 9/11, all of them involved Muslims? Again, our mythical voter might say something to the effect that “I will be careful to honor the right of Muslims to build a $100 million mosque near Ground Zero if you will at least ask the Muslim community to condemn Western Muslims who keep trying to kill those about them.”

The terrorist impulse simply does not abate. We saw it most recently in Britain, when police broke up a plot by Algerian immigrants to kill Pope Benedict — who four years ago was a target of Muslim death threats for quoting a Byzantine text. Americans know that even as the president lectures them about being intolerant of Muslims, additional Islamist plots to kill them will be uncovered — and will probably not earn as much presidential moralizing as the Ground Zero mosque.

When an attorney general, a first lady, and a president offer lectures to the American people about their purported unfounded fears, bad habits, and prejudices, like any sermonizer they invite reciprocal scrutiny, both about their own conduct and about the fairness of their critiques. As a result, a stone-throwing White House is becoming a shattered Glass House.

grassroots effort

i decided to get involved as opposed to bitching to the vacuous realm of cyberspace.
Tomorrow morning I start working for Nikki Haley.

Oh noes.....the theory of conspiracy

Obama and his posturing is really beginning to worry me. He seems to indicate that even in the face of a resounding defeat this November he will continue along his wildly leftist path. Clinton, when awakened by a similar situation in 1994, moved to the center and tried to claim GOP legislation as his own. This Obama fellah seems to be getting angrier with the prospect of losing both the house and the senate. Why on earth could he be doing so? Caution...CAUTION!! We have been informed of a "false flag" operation in the past 9 months....here it comes.
After the new congress is sworn in Jan. expect comrade Obama to start bypassing legislation and focusing more and more on regulation. Example: the EPA tried to ban lead for ammunition and fishing sinkers. It will be back, along with tighter rules on CO2...totally bypassing the will of the people. Cap and Trade will charade about thru regulation...we cannot let his cronies fail in their cash cow scam, can we?
I fully expect even more outrage in the months following the "referendum" on Obama and the Democrats, and it is playing into someone's plan perfectly. I predict an "Obama asassination" by next fall, a totally contrived and staged asassination that will start the "class war" and result in the UN moving in and implementing martial law. First part of the takeover. Next, the FEMA "concentration camps" will be stocked with certain citizens after the communications switch is thrown and we have no means to get news. Lastly, some fringe group of survivalists will detonate their suitcase bombs in several large cities around the US, causing a cascading set of events that will lead to Global Thermonuclear War....as prophesized by the Mayans. Sadly, we will all be stardust by Dec. 31, 2012.
I sure hope that the last part of my conspiracy theory stays merely fiction....hell, I hope all of it is. But, something stinks........

my new hero.......... here is the blog link http://doubleplusundead.mee.nu/you_want_hate_ill_give_you_hate#c45

I am fucking sick and fucking tired of being told that wanting a better life for my family is somehow racist. I am fucking sick and fucking tired of being told that not wanting to be taunted for the most vile attack on our country in my lifetime is somehow "bigoted'. I am really fucking sick and fucking tired of being told that "hate" is what motivates me.

Instead of hiding, I'll admit to something. Yesterday was my daughter's first day of Kindergarten. And as I stood in line with her to enter school, I saw the tiny little thing that I used to be able to hold on my lap walk into the future. I saw the most precious and valuable gift ever given to me set forth on a journey that will lead to (hopefully) a lifetime of happiness and enjoyment. And I saw the future walk into a classroom with a backpack bigger than her, and I thought about her future. And I was and am worried.

Yes, I am worried. What kind of future will she have? And I became angry. I became angry at those who wish to ruin her future. And I began to let the hate grow. Yes, the hate for those who wish to make her life more difficult than what I had. Not hate for an ethnic or other group, but hate for an idea, since people can change their views. And the idea I hate is liberalism. I confess, I hate. I hate those who want to advance an agenda that ruins the today, the tomorrow, and the tomorrow's tomorrow. And to them, I wish them the following:

Get fucked. Get fucked with the rusty barrel of a fucktorch firing out the fuckjuices of fury and die of painful rust poisoning from your flamed out fuckhole. And then get throatfucked with a scissorsfucking fuckbeagle.

Yes, I hate you, leftisty leaning statist. I fucking hate you with all of the fibers of my fucking being to the point I hope the rectal bleeding forced upon you by the fuckeagle of freedom never abates. And that is before I even fucking get to lead Sherman's March to the Sea on your fuckgash. And since you admit to hating me just for what I believe, then why should I turn the other cheek? Fuck that. And fuck you.

Seriously, you fucking fuckpipes think that fucking with our lives is the way to go? really? Well, fuck you and the horse that fucked you along the way.

You really think weakening our standing in the world in the name of "dialogue" is groovy? Well, discofuck you with a syringe if you think that.

And do you really want to cripple businesses so bad that they cannot hire people? Then fuck you with Marx AND Engels's decayed femurbone.

Love beating up your opponents? Just try it with me.

Yes, fuck you, lefties. Fuck you for making me hate you with your actions. In the name of my family's future, fuck you. And fuck you so bad this November, a third eye will pop out of your head as a result of what we'll do to you, for I want to return the hate you have for me.

Coexist

I see the "coexist" bumpersticker from time to time here in redneck heaven, SC and can't help but wonder what is it about these people. I think it boils down to cowardice....after all, there is a fine line between altruism and pure idiocy. I was once a "coexist" type, but not for religious freedom. I was scared to death of the former Soviet Union...more specifically, scared to death of a nuclear war that I percieved as unsurvivable (I was 14 and naive at the time). The "coexist" types are so wimpy that they would gladly hand over their soul to the first imam that came along, as they are scared shitless of them. Furthermore, the "coexist" types strike me as being atheist or at the least, backslid Christians.
I need to come up with a counterpoint bumper sticker. perhaps one that spells out "resist". Yeah, that's the ticket. I also think I'll spend more time eating pork in front of out local islamic community center.

the words of Sheri Few

The Arizona legislature is debating a bill that would require the state to count the number of students enrolled in public schools who cannot prove legal status and report what it costs to educate them. If knowledge is power, this knowledge will empower citizens to make informed choices on how their education dollars are spent. We need a similar law in South Carolina.

Taxpayers at the local, state and national level have every reason to expect transparency into how much of their hard-earned tax money is used to provide education benefits to children of law-breakers with no right to trespass into this nation. Once the numbers of students in the system without citizenship or legal immigration status is known and the drain they represent on the public treasury is calculated, voters will have the ability to debate what can and should be done about the situation.

It is possible that citizens will see the data and conclude that any impact is slight and the benefit of educating the children of illegal immigrants is worth the cost. But I suspect that once the facts are known about what this one aspect of not enforcing our immigration laws costs the country at the state and local level, we citizens and our politicians will be moved to act.

Wow! someone is following!

Hip hip hooray! I have someone following my blog! I need to get more active....stay tuned for my Black Panther story from the early seventies!

cap and trade

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Date: Sun, 27 Jun 2010 06:41:22 EDT
Subject: ShoreBank (Chicago) and Obama's Cap and Trade Bill

If the Cap & Trade bill passes, it is estimated that over 10 TRILLION dollars each year will be traded on the CXX exchange. At a commission rate of only 4 percent, the exchange would earn close to 400 billion dollars to spit between its owners, all Obama cronies. At a 2 percent rate, Goldman Sachs would also rake in 200 billion dollars each year.

But don't forget ShoreBank. With 10 trillion dollars flowing though its accounts, the bank will earn close to 40 billion dollars in interest each year for its owners (more Obama cronies), without even breaking a sweat.

It is estimated Al Gore alone will probably rake in 15 billion dollars just in the first year. Of course, Obama's"commissions " will be held in trust for him at the JOYCE FOUNDATION. They are estimated to be over 8 billion dollars by the time he leaves office in 2013, if the bill passes this year. Of course, these commissions will continue to be paid for the rest of his life.

Financial experts think this will be the largest "scam" or "legal heist" in world history. Obama's cronies make the Mafia look like rank amateurs. They will make Bernie Madoff's fraud look like penny ante stuff.

Here's the rest of the story...

This story has been put together from various articles and TV shows by the British Times paper. It shows what Obama and his friends are really all about. It's not hope and change, it is money.

A small bank in Chicago called ShoreBank almost went bankrupt duringthe recession.
The bank made a profit on its foreign micro-loans (see below) but had lost money in sub-prime mortgages in the US . It was facing likely closure by federal regulators. However, because the bank's executives were well connected with members of the Obama Administration, a private rescue bailout was arranged. The bank's employees had donated money to "Obama's Senate campaign". In other words, ShoreBank was too politically connected to be allowed to go under.

ShoreBank survived and invested in many "green" businesses such as solar panel manufacturing. In fact, the bank was mentioned in one of Obama's speeches during his election campaign because it subjected new business borrowers to eco-litmus tests.

Prior to becoming President, Obama sat on the board of the JOYCE FOUNDATION, a liberal charity. This foundation was originally established by Joyce Kean's family which had accumulated millions of dollars in the lumber industry. It mostly gave funds to hospitals but after her death in 1972, the foundation was taken over by radical environmentalists and social justice extremists.

This JOYCE FOUNDATION, which is rumored to have assets of 8 billion dollars, has now set up and funded, with a few partners, something called the CHICAGO CLIMATE EXCHANGE, known as CXX. It will be the exchange (like the Chicago Grain Futures Market for agriculture) where Environmental Carbon Credits are traded.

Under Obama's new bill, businesses in the future will be assessed a tax on how much CO2 they produce (their Carbon Footprint) or in other words how much they add to global warming. If a company produces less CO2 than their allotted measured limit, they earn a Carbon Credit. This Carbon Credit can be traded on the CXX exchange. Another company, which has gone over their CO2 limit, can buy the Credit and "reduce" their footprint and tax liability. It will be like trading shares on Wall Street.

Well, it was the same JOYCE FOUNDATION, along with some other private partners and Wall Street firms that funded the bailout of ShoreBank. The foundation is now one of the major shareholders. The bank has now been designated to be the "banking arm" of the CHICAGO CLIMATEEXCHANGE (CXX). In addition, Goldman Sachs has been contracted to run the investment trading floor of the exchange.

So far so good; now the INTERESTING parts.

One ShoreBank co-founder, named Jan Piercy, was a Wellesley College roommate of Hillary Clinton. Hillary and Bill Clinton have long supported the bank and are small investors.

Another co-founder of ShoreBank, named Mary Houghton, was a friend of Obama's late mother. Obama's" mother worked on foreign MICRO-LOANS for the Ford Foundation. She worked for the foundation with a guy called Geithner. Yes, you guessed it. This man was the father of Tim Geithner, our present Treasury Secretary, who failed to pay all his taxes for two years.

Another founder of ShoreBank was Ronald Grzywinski, a cohort and close friend of Jimmy Carter.

The former Shore Bank Vice Chairman was a man called Bob Nash. He was the deputy campaign manager of Hillary Clinton's presidential bid. He also sat on the board of the Chicago Law School with Obama and Bill Ayers, the former terrorist. Nash was also a member of Obama's">White House transition team.

(To jog your memories, Bill Ayers is a Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago . He founded the Weather Underground, a radical revolutionary group that bombed buildings in the 60s and 70s. He had no remorse for those who were killed, escaped jail on a technicality, and is still an admitted Marxist).

When Obama sat on the board of the JOYCE FOUNDATION, he "funneled" thousands of charity dollars to a guy named John Ayers, who runs a dubious education fund.
Yes, you guessed it. The brother of Bill Ayers, the terrorist.

Howard Stanback is a board member of ShoreBank. He is a former board chairman of the Woods Foundation. Obama and Bill Ayers, the terrorist, also sat on the board of the Woods Foundation. Stanback was formerly employed by New Kenwood Inc. a real estate development company co-owned by Tony Rezko.

(You will remember that Tony Rezko was the guy who gave Obama an amazing sweet deal on his new house. Years prior to this, the law firm of Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland had represented Rezko's company and helped him get more than 43 million dollars in government funding. Guess who worked as a lawyer at the firm at the time. Yes, Barack Obama).

Adele Simmons, the Director of ShoreBank, is a close friend of Valerie Jarrett, a White House senior advisor to Obama. Simmons and Jarrett also sit on the board of a dubious Chicago Civic Organization.

Van Jones sits on the board of ShoreBank and is one the marketing directors for "green" projects. He also holds a senior advisor position for black studies at Princeton University . You will remember that Mr. Van Jones was appointed by Obama in 2009 to be a Special Advisor for Green Jobs at the White House. He was forced to resign over past political activities, including the fact that he is a Marxist. Here's the rest of the line-up...and the end result that will affect YOU!

Al Gore was one of the smaller partners to originally help fund the CHICAGO CLIMATE EXCHANGE. He also founded a company called Generation Investment Management (GIM) and registered it in London , England. GIM has close links to the UK-based Climate Exchange PLC, a holdingcompany listed on the London Stock Exchange. This company trades Carbon Credits in Europe (just like CXX will do here) and its floor is run by Goldman Sachs.

Along with Gore, the other co-founder of GIM is Hank Paulson, the former US Treasury Secretary and former CEO of Goldman Sachs. His wife, Wendy, graduated from and is presently a Trustee of Wellesley College. Yes, the same college that Hillary Clinton and Jan Piercy, a co-founder of ShoreBank attended. (They are all friends).

Interesting? And now the closing...

Because many studies have been exposed as scientific nonsense, people are slowly realizing that man-made global warming is nothing more than a money-generating hoax. As a result, Obama is working feverishly to win the race. He aims to push a Cap-and-Trade Carbon Tax Bill through Congress and into law.

Obama knows he must get this passed before he loses his majority in Congress in the November elections. Apart from Climate Change he will "sell" this bill to the public as generating tax revenue to reduce our debt. But, it will also make it impossible for US companies to compete in world markets and drastically increase unemployment. In addition, energy prices (home utility rates) will sky rocket.

brooksie!

http://www.thestate.com/2010/07/28/1392776/brooks-the-long-strategy.html

David Brooks, who admires the crease in Baracks trousers, is still that green army jacket wearing liberal putz he always was. He masquerades as a conservative to try and shape the discussion, and paint a not-so-nice picture of true conservatives. Here he sounds as if he is suffering from Liberal Derangement Disorder by way of Hogwarts; by putting on the jacket it magically transports him to what everyone wants: their past.
Had he really served his country in a positive way he would know that laissez-faire is commonly referred to as "lazy fairies".....everyone sits around and hits the bong and gripes, but no one gets out and does anything. just like the old college days!

I am a TEA partier. Here is my story:

I am well respected at work, the Black guys call me the "blackest white man at mancor" as I speak fluent jive, know about R/B and rap music, and express my soul in various ways. I'm constantly reminded how it is the BLACK man that is obsessed with the color of your skin....listen to Tom Joyner or Steve Harvey sometimes. I cut up with them, work with them and love each and every one of them. Imagine their suprise when I tell them that I'm a TEA partier! They cannot get over it, some have refused to have anything to do with me now. Who is the racist? this is the narrative that the MSM and the rest of the liberal world do not get. We know better!

dateline: Early 2003.

There are 2 cases before the Supreme Court - both to be heard in April, dealing with the University of Michigan's admissions policies affecting minority students. Supposedly black, Hispanic and American Indian students get an advantage during the admissions process. One case which a girl was denied entry to Law School has already been ruled on in favor of the student. In March of 2001 U.S. District Judge Bernard A. Friedman banned the Law School from using race as a factor in admissions. Now it is being appealed to the Supreme Court. The second case involves an undergraduate admissions policy that gives a "20 point advantage" to minority students. The undergraduate admissions policy was upheld in December 2000 when U.S. District Judge Patrick Duggan affirmed Michigan's undergraduate admissions standards in place since 1999 because they are a constitutional way to achieve diversity.

The university's argument the whole time has been that they want to provide a diverse student population - both in the Law and undergraduate schools.

Why do I dislike "Avatar" so thoroughly? A large number of the scenes involve idiot level interaction with the planet flora and fauna. A large portion of this movie was dedicated to "getting to know Pandora," through clumsy interactions with the animals. Lots of grunting, snorting and idiot displays of animals that are identical to various living earth creatures and dinosaurs with an extra leg here, a hammer-head shark nose put on a rhino, and other totally idiotic modifications to existing earth creatures to make them aliens. An extra eye here or there, a nasal sail on the big red pterodactyl (sails were often used to help cool blood so a small nasal sail would not be effective, also, the sail was shown to be bone which would make the sail ineffective and add unnecessary weight to a flying creature). The ion-sail spaceship can't reach the speed of light, and even if it got to relativistic speeds (0.94c and up), it would require that as much of the journey is spent decelerating as accelerating. This rules out a 5 year journey to Alpha Centurai. Did you notice the Navi are basically double-sized humans (I hope they have a greatly improved vascular system or two hearts), with biceps, triceps gluts quadriceps like humans evolved on earth. But they have cat eyes, deer ears and a stupid nose. And they have 100% carbon copy human feet. I guess this is the most efficient foot design for bi-peds? Probably not, especially if they spent any significant time in trees, they would have feet that were better at gripping than transferring force across an area. Again, Cameron's juvenile imagination is pathetic. A magnetic field strong enough to levitate mountains would probably do a whole lot more than just mess with instruments. It would *certainly* prevent remote communication with an Avatar body. By the way, where is the bio-mechanical interface for receiving and transmitting input output from/to the Avatar from the control stations? Oh yeah, and latency isn't an issue here? Also, a planet wide brain would not function well as the latency (especially in terms of biological electrical signal propagation) would really make such a large single brain model impossible. More likely it would have multiple brains interlinked (there are jellyfish that have multiple shared brains). I would doubt that the large brain would function, or the distributed brain model would be very intelligent at all. I also wonder how a planet with an air atmosphere thick enough to allow helicopters to operate would likely not have a gravity substantially different from 9.8ms2. The magnetosphere and gravity required for an atmosphere requires a magnetic dynamo mechanism to keep the atmosphere from being blown away and smaller planets, like mars, lose atmosphere very quickly. Especially in the radiation-wind of a gas giant. Also, the proximity to a gas giant is likely to cause tidal locking and prevent rotation relative to the gas giant (which, given the solar system's gas giant and its distance from the star would cause massive changes in environment, and gas giants emit quite a bit of radiation, and using the sol model, this would likely make the bulk of the thermal inputs coming from the gas giant) and expose moons like Pandora to likely fatal cyclotron radiation. Also gas giants compress via the Kelvin–Helmholtz mechanism , and given the geological time scales required for live to evolve, they radiation output and thermal outputs of the gas giant would change too quickly. Also, the gas giant as depicted in the movie was rotating impossibly fast.

Cameron has one theme potentially right in his films. Until the humans are smart enough to stop paying for complete drivel like Avatar, the society will degrade into a dystopian idocracy. The only complaint I have with this vision is people dumb enough to keep putting up with this trash won't be capable of interstellar travel.
